Chocolate Chia Pudding Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup/sweetener
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high for a minute, or until the pudding is creamy.
  3. Transfer the pudding to a bowl, cover and chill at least 4 hours – or freeze in individual containers.
